Deoxidation
Melted steel is deoxidized using Pure Calcium Cored Wire. It interacts with the oxygen in the steel to lower the oxygen concentration and enhance the quality and characteristics of the steel.
Desulfurization
Melted steel can also be desulfurized with the wire. When it reacts with sulphur, the sulphur concentration decreases and the cleanliness and machinability of the steel are enhanced.
Inclusion Removal
When it comes to extracting inclusions from molten steel, pure calcium cored wire is helpful. Non-metallic impurities called inclusions may have an impact on the mechanical characteristics of steel. The wire helps create calcium sulphide and oxide, which can be used to capture and eliminate these impurities from the steel.
Steel Treatment
