Cored Wire

Effective Carbon Penetration:The wire feeds into the molten steel core, ensuring carbon is absorbed rather than merely "sprinkled on," achieving higher absorption efficiency. Precise Carbon Supplementation:Both wire feeding speed and length are controllable, facilitating fine-tuning of final carbon content.

Ferro Silicon

Its high purity ensures stable chemical properties and maintains excellent performance at elevated temperatures, making it widely used in producing premium metallurgical products like high-quality transformer silicon steel. Additionally, it enhances material properties in steelmaking, casting, and electronics, meeting the stringent demands of high-end manufacturing.

Carbon Raiser

Coal-based carbon additives are metallurgical carbon-supplementing auxiliary materials primarily composed of coal-derived raw materials such as anthracite and coke. They are produced through crushing, screening, and calcination processes. Primarily used to supplement carbon content in molten iron or steel during steelmaking and casting, it offers low cost and readily available raw materials. This coal-based carbon additive is more suitable for applications where steel or casting quality requirements are not stringent.
