Ferro Silicon 45 (FeSi45) is a low silicon ferrosilicon alloy containing approximately 45% silicon. It is widely used in steelmaking and foundry industries as a cost-effective alloying material and deoxidizer.

Compared with higher-grade ferrosilicon such as FeSi72 and FeSi75, Ferro Silicon 45 offers a different balance between cost and performance. It is suitable for applications where moderate silicon content is sufficient for metallurgical processing.
